Milestones Trust, formerly Aspects and Milestones Trust, is a health and social care charity with services covering the areas of Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath, Gloucestershire and North Somerset.
Our mission is to enable people with learning disabilities, mental health needs and dementia in the South West of England to lead fulfilling and empowered lives in the community.

25 years of supporting people to reach their own milestones.
We support around 1,000 people in a way which helps them to define and achieve their own goals and aspirations, whatever their abilities. We provide our services using this person-centred approach within a range of residential and nursing care homes, supported living projects, community based day services, support at home and supported employment projects.
