All too often, the people who use our services struggle to have their voices heard by those in power and are often excluded from the democratic process. We want to support as many people as possible to use their vote in the coming election.

On Saturday June 3rd, Milestones Trust held a ‘Your Vote’ event, allowing people with a learning disability, autism or mental health need to come and find out more about making their vote count in the General Election on June 8th.

We welcomed three local candidates (Molly Scott Cato – Green Party; Naomi Rylett – Labour Party; Eva Fielding – Liberal Democrat Party) to join in a panel discussion on matters affecting the people we support, with questions directly from them. View what they had to say by watching our video below:
