Residential Vacancies
The core of the Trusts activities is the provision and management of 59 nursing and residential care homes serving approximately 600 people. The homes range from small domestic properties accommodating four or five people, to a purpose built dementia care home for 42 people.
Our Supported Living Service can support people in their own home from a few hours a week to round the clock support. All our services are tailored to meet individual needs and include respite care, day care, supported living, floating support, residential and nursing care. We aim to develop services around peoples’ needs rather than fit peoples’ needs into a service – a Person-Centred approach.
All our homes are part of the community. Most are ordinary houses adapted to suit the needs of residents, although some have been purpose built to accommodate people who have dementia or behaviours that challenge.
