Supported Living have assisted hundreds of individuals with moving to their own place, and the department contines to grow.
We work with individuals to look at what support they need, and provide it in a way that makes sense to them. It can be anything from 1 to 24 hours.
Supported Living provide the staff, and service users can then decide who they want to support them for cooking, going to the pictures, even going on holiday.
Users of the service live in a range of different housing. Some are council tenants, some live with family, and some have accommodation provided by housing associations.
We work with housing associations sometimes as a landlord and sometimes as a partner. Where people live is irrelevant - what we're about is supporting people to live real lives.
