15 Mossmead is a registered home for four adults with learning disabilities. There are three rooms on the first floor, one with an ensuite shower and toilet, and one room on the ground floor. There is a bathroom with a shower over bath and toilet on the first floor and a separate toilet on the ground floor. The home would therefore suit someone who is able to manage access to stairs and a standard bathroom.

The home is located on the edge of well-connected Chippenham on a traditional residential housing estate, so would suit a sociable person who enjoys group activities, going out, and mingling within a community. There is also a large conservatory leading to an enclosed garden with a summer house, offering some peace and quiet for residents.

This residential service is staffed 24/7 with a sleep-in room.
