Warmley Wheelers

This cycle scheme gives everyone the chance to get into cycling. Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or have never been on a bicycle before, everyone is welcome. And if you have additional needs, we have specially adapted bicycles you can use to ride around a safe area in Warmley Forest Park.

Warmley Wheelers have introduced new measures to help you stay safe during coronavirus. See details below.

You must book in advance. Please also download and complete our Equipment Hire Agreement and bring it with you to your first session.

You can book now by calling Andy Underdown on 07587 034 366 or emailing
warmleywheelers@milestonestrust.org.uk

Our new safety measures

  • Please use the hand sanitiser provided on arrival and after your ride (and as regularly as you like during your visit).
  • Please maintain a safe social distance of 2 metres between you and other people and follow staff’s instructions to keep safe
  • Please bring your own helmet and any other safety equipment you intend to wear
  • Staff will wear PPE if helping you on a bike
  • Please pay with contactless or the right money
  • If you are unwell, or have any symptoms of coronavirus (high temperature, new continuous cough or loss of taste or smell) please cancel your session

Community Express

If you like arts, crafts and live music, then hop aboard the Community Express. Set up by Liz Gray and Milestones Trust, the Community Express runs a series of activities open to everyone.

For a toe-tapping good time, come aboard The Music Train, which departs from Bitton Station regularly. These are inclusive events for everyone, with discounted train tickets and an opportunity to listen to, and join in with, our talented musicians.

The Community Express also runs regular arts and crafts sessions for all ages at The Batch Community Centre in Cadbury Heath and Coniston Community Centre in Patchway. You don’t need any art skills – just bring your enthusiasm and the willingness to give it a go.

‘Like’ the Community Express Facebook page by clicking on the icon or link below and we’ll keep you posted on the latest news and dates for all activities.
