Senior Management Team

Milestones Trust has a Senior Management Team of five people.

John Hoskinson OBE, Chief ExecutiveJohn Hoskinson

John spent 30 years in the Army, with highlights including commanding the engineer effort in Kosovo in 1999, being honoured with the OBE for commanding his regiment , reaching the rank of Brigadier, and being privileged to lead loyal and brave soldiers. He left the Army in 2005 as the Executive Director of Human Resources, responsible for the personnel issues of some 70,000 servicemen and women.

John then found himself in Higher Education, and was Deputy and Acting COO at Liverpool University for 2 years before moving to the University of Northampton to become Pro Vice Chancellor (Strategic Planning & Resources).

Although he enjoyed his time in the Higher Education sector he always wanted to work in the charitable sector and is delighted and honoured to be given this opportunity, and  he is committed to making a positive contribution to Milestones Trust and the lives of all those associated with it.

Paul Butler, Company Secretary/Director of FinancePaul Butler

A Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary, Paul joined the Trust in 2001 as Head of Finance. He originally trained in Local Government, working for Direct Service Contractors providing a range of services from Civil Engineering and Build Maintenance, to Catering and Cleaning.

Paul provides accounting and Independent Examiner services to a variety of small charities on a voluntary basis.

 

Jan Gresham, Director of OperationsJan Gresham

Jan has many years’ experience working in the voluntary sector with a variety of different client groups. She has always been driven by a commitment to person centred services that help to empower people to lead fulfilling lives. Jan joined the Trust in September 2009 as Head of Operations.

 

Angie Roberts, Director of HR and Angie RobertsStaff Development

Angie joined the Trust HR team in June 2010 and was appointed Head of HR & Staff Development  in January 2013. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and has a background in the NHS and the private sector in HR and management, although originally trained in law. She is committed to supporting all staff to make sure that the service provided is excellent at all times.

 

Naina Mandleker, Director of Business DevelopmentNaina Mandleker

Naina joined the Trust in June 2012. She has a Masters in Business Administration and has worked in the private sector and run her own exports trading company.

She worked in various roles in the charity sector from Centre Manager to Head of Income Generation. More recently she led business development at Platform 51 (formerly YWCA England & Wales).
